MADE TO ORDER 

All our items except those stated otherwise are made-to-order and take 2-3 weeks for production and shipping.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

 

  • Orders within the US ship via USPS First Class Mail and typically arrive 2-3 business days after production. Please note that delivery dates are not guarenteed.

  • All orders ship with delivery confirmation which can be used to track your package. We are unable to provide tracking information beyond that supplied by the USPS.

  • Chelsea Bravo is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.

  • Standard shipping does NOT include insurance.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

 

  • International orders ship via First Class Mail and arrive 7-14 days after production for most countries but can take up to 3 weeks. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

  • We are unable to provide tracking information beyond that supplied by the USPS.

  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.

  • Standard shipping does NOT include insurance.

  • We will not mark an item as a "gift" or reduce the stated value of the package. This is illegal, and we can be penalized heavily for doing so.

  • Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer's responsibility.

RETURNS

If for any reason an item does not work out you may return your item(s) for shop credit within 14 days of receiving your package. Cash refunds are not offered at this time. To request a return, please email studio@chelseabravo.com with your order number, and CB will get back to you shortly.

  • Shipping costs can be covered upon receiving the item and ensuring that it is unworn resalable condition. Shipping costs outside of the US can not be covered at this time.

  • Shop credit never expires and is issued in the form of a digital code you can use at check out.

  • Please ensure returned garments are unworn and in good condition, or additional charges may apply.

  • If you would like to exchange an item, you will be able to place a new order for a replacement garment upon receiving your store credit, and your replacement will be produced within the regular 2-3 week production lead time.

  • Chelsea Bravo does the best to recycle and reuse material, so please take extra care of your package, and send any item(s) back in their original packaging.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

 

  • Since each garment at Chelsea Bravo is made to order, Chelsea Bravo is unable to accept cancellations for refunds.

  • In some circumstances, orders can be combined to save on shipping costs. To combine multiple orders, email Chelsea Bravo at studio@chelseabravo.com as soon as possible after placing your order.

  • If you’d like to make a change to your order (e.g., different size or colour), Chelsea Bravo is happy to help as long as your order hasn’t shipped. Keep in mind that it can take an additional 2-3 weeks to complete your updated order.

  • If you need to make a change to your shipping address, email Chelsea Bravo at studio@chelseabravo.com as soon as possible. The address can be changed as long as the package has not left the studio. Unfortunately, Chelsea Bravo cannot reroute a package once it has shipped.
